There will be a 50% cancellation fee of the total price of the services you booked if you cancel WITHIN 24hrs of the scheduled appointment. Cancellations within 3 hours of the appointment as well as No-call and/or no-shows will be charged 100% of the total price of the services you booked. There is a 15 minute grace period that will result in a cancellation and a 100% fee if you do not arrive to your appointment within the grace period. All deposits are non-refundable.
